The entrance to the property is up a driveway accessed through electric gates and there is ample parking. There is also a rear gate which is locked but allows for guests to walk into the countryside, should they wish. There are entrances at the rear of the property without stairs for ease of access should guests require. ​The downstairs of the property has a formal lounge and dining room, a modern games room and a music room/ 5th bedroom from which there is access to a patio seating area.

 

The spacious kitchen also has its own dining area and utility area from which there is access to the back garden and pool area. There is a no step wheelchair access through the rear of the Villa for persons with mobility issues. On entry from the front of the house you are greeted by a tiled stairway with ornate handrails leads to a landing with a further siting area.

 

All 4 upstairs bedrooms have their own private balcony to quietly sit out during the daytime or evening. Whilst 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite the other 2 benefit from a large bathroom with whirlpool bath with separate shower and toilet. There are further shower facilities downstairs. All bedrooms benefit from fly screens, air-conditioning units (hot/cold) oil fired central heating and their own tvs -to allow you connect your devices.

The grounds

The property is surrounded by a large garden, including a variety of seating and lounging areas. A large pergola is perfect for a morning breakfast or coffee whilst the seating areas around the pool enable a relaxed lunchtime area. The grounds also have a barbecue area with a traditional pizza oven, facility for a charcoal barbecue and a gas barbecue.
