Yes, we offer everything from wifi boxes for internet to travel cots, high chairs & z-beds if you are travelling with children.
Yes, our breakage deposit is 200 euros for apartments and 300 euros for villas and it will be returned to you upon departure check within 3 days after departure
We are specialized exclusively in holiday rentals in Cyprus. We cooperate though with Real Estate agencies who can sell your property or find a long term rental tenant for you property.
For owners we offer as well property management of their villa or apartment in the Larnaca and Ayia Napa areas.

Yes, in addition to being thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking, we also disinfect all surfaces with 70% alcohol spray and wash all linen & towels in 90 degrees and our cleaning team wear face masks and gloves throughout the cleaning process. We carefully follow our government’s recommendations and Covid protocols.

Yes indeed, we have all up to date information about which category your country is currently in and what is needed accordingly and we will send a link to the Cyprus flightpass (https://cyprusflightpass.gov.cy/) to all of our guests beforehand and we are of course also available to answer any questions
No, both cleaning & laundry are included in the rental price
We offer early check ins or late check outs free of charge whenever we can, as long as there isn’t a same day changeover in your property you are very welcome to come earlier or stay longer, please contact us with your request beforehand
Yes, all of our properties have key boxes so you can let yourselves in any time day or night.
We certainly do, in every property when you arrive you will find a pack consisting of face masks, box of disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, liquid soap and also bleach spray & a bottle of bleach. This is completely free of charge for guests

The Build Ratio in Cyprus is a percentage calculated on the total area of the land that indicates a house's maximum covered area in square metres.
For example, for a 750 square metre plot with a 50% build ratio, a 375square metre house can be built, i.e. a max of 375 m2 of the total 750m2 plot can be covered.
