Our team is always ready to tackle any maintenance issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients. Our skilled technicians are on hand to address concerns promptly and efficiently. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!

Emergency Callouts

We are available at any time day or night to attend to any situation which may arise. Our highly skilled technicians are equipped to deal with almost anything, giving our guests and clients the peace of mind they deserve.

Seasonal Issues

During the season the most common issues our Technicians find are as follows:

Plumbing - blocked showers, drains, sinks and toilets.

Split hoses, leaking pipes or joints. Issues with heating systems.

Air Conditioning - over use and being left on too long and over use causing the unit to ice from the inside and leak from the outside.

Electrics - Power outages, faulty sockets and switches, blown fuses, defective appliances and replacement bulbs.

Locks and keys - broken and lost

Window cleaning to keep our exterior glass clean to see that beautiful sunshine.

24/7 Access

The Maintenance team work from 07.00 - 19.00 hrs 7 days a week.

They are then on standby for out of hours emergency call outs. We are always here for our guests during their stay.

Get ready for the upcoming season! From December to March, our dedicated team prepares properties by painting interiors and exteriors, renovating kitchens and bathrooms, adding new furniture, water tanks and more! With each team member bringing their unique strengths to the table, we ensure a comprehensive and skilled approach to every project.

The maintenance team also undertake their own work and are not employed by us but are dedicated to us through the season as a priority.
